As we continue to grow our Canadian team, we are looking to bring on Office Administrator in Toronto, ON

The Office Administrator is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Learn our restaurant and retail software and provide Demo webinars, presentations.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and book-keeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Train Existing and New Sales Channel

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
